Refund Policy
FrikoDRILL LLC provides digital music production services, which involve creative labor, time investment, and custom work. Because each service is tailored specifically to the client, all sales made by FrikoDRILL LLC are considered final once work has begun.
Clients may request a refund only when no work has been started, when a duplicate payment was made in error, or when a genuine technical issue prevents delivery. Once FrikoDRILL LLC begins producing, mixing, mastering, editing, or working on a project in any form, refunds are no longer available. This includes situations where digital files have already been sent or when third-party expenses such as studio sessions, plugin licenses, or musicians have been paid for in advance.
If a client is dissatisfied with the initial result, FrikoDRILL LLC provides revisions according to the project agreement. Revisions are intended to refine and improve the outcome but do not qualify as grounds for refunds.
Clients who abandon a project or fail to provide requested materials within a reasonable timeframe are not eligible for refunds.
